Delivery

At Denimo, we offer shipping currently in India. We use various reliable carriers and strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your package within 3-7 business days from the day order placed. However, there can be more delays based on courier service and location.

An order confirmation SMS/Email may be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification may be sent, once your order is shipped.

Delivery Failure

The courier service may notify you if you are unavailable to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order. Thereafter, an additional attempt may be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to us.

For delivery failure cases, in case of a prepaid order, a refund will be initiated by us as per Cash Refund Policy.
Limitation on Cash on Delivery

Currently we support orders up to Rs.5000 for Cash on Delivery in most locations.

Additionally, our courier partners may not be able to accept Cash on Delivery in select PIN codes due to logistical constraints from time to time. In such case we request you to prepay while placing the order using any of the available payment options.
Shipping and Delivery Cost
Shipping cost (+ GST) will be levied on the final order value, based on the weight and PIN code of delivery. We may offer Free Delivery coupons, in which case you can avail Free Delivery. ​ Shipping cost and taxes there upon, is non refundable for returns.
Exchanges
We are unable to provide any exchange at this point. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please request a return and start a fresh order.
Damages And Issues
Our products go through multiple steps of quality checks before they are shipped. However, in case you have received a product that is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, please contact us at care@denimo.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the defective or damaged or wrong product, so that we may rectify the issue.
Return Policy
We have a 4-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 4 calendar days from the date of delivery of your item to request a return. Post 4 days from receipt of the item, your return request will be rejected.

To be eligible for a return:

​Return is only supported for full product. Partial/part of the product is non-returnable.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with ALL TAGS UNTORN.

The BLUE TAG and The PRICE TAG must be UNTORN AND SCRATCH FREE. No Refund will be processed in case this tag is torn or get scratched in any way. Please take necessary steps to ensure the product remains in original condition while repacking the product while sending to us. You return request will be immediately rejected in case this tag does not remains in original condition during our inspection at factory.

The company is not responsible for any damages to the product during transit, both while buying or return. The company is merely facilitating the delivery/return process on behalf of the customer for a seamless customer experience and thus has no responsibility for any damages/changes in the product while in-transit by any 3rd party courier services.

Your item should be in its original packaging.

Footwear returned without an outer box will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the original order address.

You’ll also need to upload a photocopy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must NOT be bought in an order that has been paid, either fully or partially, through Refund Discount Coupon (RD Coupons).

The item MUST NOT be in Exceptions or returnable items

Once you are sure that your product is eligible for exchange, please fill up the Request-Return form with all relevant details. Our team will analyse your issue and guide you for next steps. Please note submission of request return form doesn't mean your request is accepted. Please write us us at care@denimo.in in case you find any issue with returns.
Refund Policy For Returned Products
You can avail refund in two ways. You are free to choose any based on your choice.

Discount Coupon:
-
If you choose Discounted Coupon, after your refund is approved, a REFUND DISCOUNT COUPON (RD COUPON) will be sent to your registered mail address with 2 business days. The amount of the coupon will be equal to the amount you have paid to buy the product as per the invoice.

You will get EXTRA FLAT Rs.50/- with the coupon value if you opt for Discount Coupon method.

All RD Coupons can be successively applied along with any other promotional coupons or discount. It means, if you buy a product marked MRP Rs. 1000/- using a promotional coupon of 25% and RD Copoun of Rs.300/-, then your final cost will be Rs.1000 - Rs.250 (25% of MRP Rs.1000) - Rs.300 (RD Coupon) = Rs. 450/-.

RD Coupons can be used once or multiple times till the amount gets exhausted before its expiry date.

Please note any delivery charges and COD charges are non-refundable and excluded from the refunded amount.
2. Cash Refund:

If you choose Cash Refund, the amount you have paid to buy the product as per the invoice will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days from the date of approval of your return request.

In case of COD, please write us at care@denimo.in with your NEFT details. NEFT details include Bank A/C Number, A/c Name, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code. Do not share any other information or any sensitive information. Please note the name of the NEFT A/c details must exactly match with the "Billing Name". Otherwise, we request you to please opt for Discount Coupon.

Cancellation
You can request cancellation till your order has not been confirmed. Once confirmed, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order please write us at care@denimo.in with your Order number.
